Motiv8’s expert coaches work at an individual, team and management level:

  • Educating individuals in relation to psychological strategies dealing with all aspects of mental performance e.g. dealing with anxiety and pressure, building confidence, strengthening resilience, coping mechanisms and sustaining motivation
  • Facilitating group workshops to improve performance e.g. goal-setting, performance profiling, preparation
  • Working with coaches and management to develop a training environment that fosters mental toughness
  • Working on a one-to-one basis with individuals to help integrate mental conditioning into daily practices for optimum performance
