Fiona is passionate about empowering people to be as healthy as they can be. Stress and anxiety affect so many and the effects can be significant emotional upset, physical symptoms and disease. Yoga and Meditation are two proven tools that can be used to alleviate and prevent the negative effects of stress on the body.
Fiona obtained a BSc in Science from Dublin Institute of Technology. However it was while obtaining this degree that Fiona gained a though understanding of the benefits of yoga and meditation. She trained and is certified with the Chopra Centre, California. Fiona is also certified as a Dynamic Yoga teacher with the Windfire Yoga Centre, France.
Fiona recently completed a Diploma in Herbal Medicine and Naturopathy with the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Fiona has gained an extensive range of experience teaching Yoga. Her students have included young and old, corporate groups, athletes, sports teams, as well as those suffering with chronic illness. She has taught in various locations in Ireland, Europe and India.
Fiona is also a qualified Herbalist and Naturopath.
