Marcus is a Performance Nutritionist currently working with a wide range of teams in Gaelic Football, hurling, rugby, volleyball, and with individual athletes and European Tour golfers. Marcus holds B.A. (Mod.) in Microbiology from Trinity College Dublin, an MSc in Human Nutrition from the University of Ulster and an MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition from Loughborough University. He is currently pursuing a PhD at Liverpool John Moore’s University.
Marcus has worked with a range of junior, university and professional athletes and teams in Ireland, the United Kingdom and the United states. Marcus uses a combination of evidence-based and applied experience in designing individual nutrition programmes to help athletes of all levels achieve optimal nutrition and performance.
